Relatively cool, somewhat vegetable, still slightly yeasty and also mineral citrus stone fruit scent. Not quite dry fruit with planty and yeasty notes, lively acidity, slightly drying tannin, earthy to salty minerality in the background, some persistence, good to very good finish with floral nuances and a hint of dark berries
