Light yeasty notes on the nose, light dried vegetal notes, restrained, tart, light yellow fruit aromas, prominent mineral notes. Restrained, bone dry fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeastyandfloral traces, very light nutty notes and light peppery notes, persistent, good depth, firm structure, very good, tart finish.
