Light yeasty notes on the nose, still slightly muted, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly restrained yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Light-bodied, sweet fruit on the palate, tart vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively acidity, light tannic touch, nuttyx traces in the background, good persistence, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly cool style, has both sweet and tart notes on a very good, fairly firm nutty finish with a hint of bacon.
