2015 Graach Domprobst Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Slightly yeasty nose, ripe yellow fruit, particularly pears, delicate dried floral aromas, hint of licorice, wilted flowers, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, sweetish fruit on the palate, floral aromas, some dark berries, hint of licorice again, wilted flowers, fairly elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins, still very slightly astringent, good substance and persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, dried herbs and spices, touch of black berries, mineral foundation, slightly creamy, very good firm finish.
