Cool, polished and quite deep, firm, slightly smoky and fresh-vegetal to herbal nose with very fine, bright yellow fruit aromas, delicate barrel notes, a bit of capers, artichokes and mineral hints. Fine juicy, fresh and again cool fruit, polished, lively acidity and delicate grip, vegetal notes, a hint of citrus and peach skin, good sustainability, slender and elegant style, in the background young vegetables, fresh herbs and salt, has tension, very good, fine juicy finish.
