Clear, very slightly fatty scent of ripe black and somewhat red berries with cherry aromas, meaty and delicate floral hints, tobacco, a touch of iodine, and a trace of beetroot. Cool, clear, fresh, and juicy red and black fruit with herbal aromas and also dark, somewhat juniper-like and peppery ethereal spice, very fine acidity, delicately smoky and bittersweet chocolate in the background, a bit of sharply grilled beef and eggplant, almost silky, yet youthful tannin, delicate malty tones, very good, ripe-juicy and spicy finish with salty-mineral tones.
