2020 Bürgstadt Weißburgunder VDP.Ortswein trocken "R", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm and quite deep, still somewhat yeasty bouquet with very fine, rather citrusy yellow-fruity aromas, delicate dry herbs and light woody notes. Clear, polished, finely juicy, bright fruit, again also bright wood notes, very fine, lively acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, mineral in the background, still young and little developed, certain depth, very elegant style, very good, polished finish with bite, minerality and quite cool juice.
