Firm, rather cool and quite deep, tart, very slightly smoky aroma with yellow fruity, somewhat yeasty, floral and clearly mineral notes, a little light tobacco and hints of dark berries. Clear, cool, sweetly juicy, bright fruit, yeasty and herbal aromas, a hint of wax, floral tones, some grip and fine, lively acidity, peppery nuances and a little green chilli in the background, hints of red berries, very good, quite tight, sweetly juicy and at the same time tart-mineral finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
