2018 trocken "Parzival", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, tart, firm, slightly smoky aroma of ripe black berries with peppery notes, some dried herbs and floral nuances. Firmly woven, juicy, ripe, dark fruit, some smoky and toasty wood spice, fine sandy tannin, dried-vegetable to herbal tones, a little pepper, persistent, still undeveloped, some depth, a little salt, very good, firm, tart finish.
