2018 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Astringent, hinted bacon, somewhat dried vegetable and earthy to mineral scent of red and black berries with a hint of dried flowers and malt. Clear, ripe, firm, quite juicy fruit, partly dried out, very fine, youthful tannin, some bite, persistent on the palate, sweet-spicy tones, has certain power, melt and warmth, ethereal nuances, some depth, very good finish, again with ripe juice and almost sweet spice
