2017 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, light dried floral notes, hint of tobacco, ripe red and a few black berries, light peppery traces, dried herbs, prominent mineral notes. Clear, firm, fairlycool, pure, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous, pepperyand smoky traces, persistent, some depth, light toasted notes, touch of coffee, still undeveloped, still slightly astringent on a very good, juicy, lightly toasted finish.
