Very slightly muted stone fruit-citrus nose with candy notes, slightly wilted-floral tones and herbaceous-vegetable nuances. Quite tight, rather tart, yet juicy fruit, present acidity some tannic grip, also slightly muted on the palate, dried-vegetable notes, distinct minerality, persistent, good depth, firm core, very good, juicy and again quite mineral finish, again with some rough and covering tannin

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler, recht fester, einen Hauch nussiger und getrocknet-pflanzlicher Zitrusduft mit herben Pfirsichnoten, etwas Kräutern und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Straff gewirkte, feinsaftige, wieder eher kühle Frucht, kräuterige Aromen, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff und mineralische Töne, ein wenig Kandis am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Finessen, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, feinsaftiger Abgang mit Biss und Griff.

Editor note: Translate to English Straffer, etwas kräuterwürziger und intensiv mineralischer Zitrusduft mit Pfirsichnoten. Auch im Mund ziemlich straff, mit reintöniger, saftiger Frucht und zupackender Säure, am Gaumen kräuterige Anklänge und sehr viel Mineralik, nachhaltig, noch kaum entwickelt, hat trotz des relativ niedrigen Alkohols viel Substanz und einige Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit viel Biss. Muss etwas reifen.
