2002 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Weißburgunder trocken "R", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Deep nose, spicy oak and mineral notes, aromas of citrus fruit and honey melon. Elegantly juicy, dry fruit, oak present, lots of power and structure, also some mineral notes on the palate, very persistent, still undeveloped, excellent balance, long finish. Definitely needs time, and will probably still improve.
