2000 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Weißburgunder trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool spicy wood aromas with some toasted notes, underlying aromas of yellow fruits. Elegantly juicy fruit with some spicy oak, lively acidity, quite firmly structured, but with some roundness on the palate, excellent balance, lively fruit in spite of the prominent wood, good finish.
