1999 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder Spätlese trocken "R", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Brilliant yellow straw. Spicy wood notes, white vegetables with aromas of apples, lemons and a hint of leguminous vegetables. Soft and elegantly juicy, full body, very elegant acidity, perfectly integrated oak aromas, very lively in spite of being very powerful, good structure, light mineral notes on the palate, very persistent, long finish with elegant fruit and spicy oak.
