1999 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Riesling Eiswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fresh, with light notes of herbs and spices, peach aromas with floral notes. Juicy, elegant fruit, with big but perfectly integrated sweetness, brilliant play of acidity, delicate herbs and spices on the palate, elegant and delicate structure, clearly delineated, very persistent on the palate, still extremely young, excellent balance, very long finish.
