1999 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Auslese trocken Parzival "R" Von Alten Reben, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Deep ruby, just a shade lighter on the rim. Quite juicy bouquet of cherries and fully ripe red berries, harmonious wood spice. Full-bodied, very juicy fruit, smoky and spicy wood, very powerful body, high in alcohol, firmly structured and persistent on the palate, good tannin grip, good length. Needs time.
