Relatively cool, firmly knitted, slightly nutty, vegetable to ethereal-herbaceous and subtly floral core and stone fruit aroma with hints reminiscent of juniper, dark berries, and cherries. Polished, completely dry fruit with creaminess, a touch of nut butter and pepper, fine acidity, has grip from ripe tannin, some sustainability, in the background barrel wood, earthy minerality, also a bit of smoked salt, good to very good, finely juicy finish with a hint of grilled pepper.
