Herbaceous, yeasty and distinctly plant-like scent with citrus notes, some core fruit, nutty aromas and a hint of butter. Clear, cool, bitter, citrus-dominated fruit with nutty, slightly smoky, tobacco-like and plant-like aromas, fine mousse, noticeable acidity bite, very slight green tones on the palate, with chalky-salty notes in the background, good to very good, slightly nutty, yeasty and again acidity-driven finish with grip.
