Clear, somewhat herbal-vegetal nose with restrained, bright pome fruit notes and floral nuances. Bright fruit, nutty and vegetal flavours, fine sandy tannin and some acid bite, a touch of carbonic acid, some persistence, fennel tones, good finish.
