2020 Südsteiermark DAC Eichberg Grauburgunder trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, polished pome fruit nose with fine nutty and floral nuances as well as a hint of herbs. Firmly woven, tart, juicy, bright fruit, clearly nutty aromas, slightly herbal to herbal in the background, very fine acidity, some grip from crumbly tannin, mineral notes, very good, firm, tart finish with grip.
