Firm nose, prominent fresh vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit, some green fruit, avocado, floral traces, light yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light nutty, smoky oak, hint of bacon, very elegant acidity, persistent and full-bodied, integrated tannins, quite concentrated, very slightly sweetish, has some depth, shows backbone in spite of the soft, viscous style, herbaceous, peppery and salty notes, still young, very good ripe, juicy, spicy finish. Is showing good development, and will still be able to mature for a lengthy period.

Editor note: Translate to English Vegetabiler und holzwürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten gelben Früchten mit an grünen Spargel erinnernden Noten, nussigen und zart floralen Anklängen sowie einer Spur Honig. Kräftig, dicht und süßlich-saftig im Mund, recht deutliche, etwas nussige und ein wenig speckige Holzwürze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ein Hauch Torf, wärmender Alkohol, feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Butter im Hintergrund, erdig-mineralische und vegetabile Töne, sehr guter, süßlicher und schmelziger Abgang mit spürbarem Alkohol.

Editor note: Translate to English Einen Hauch oxidativer, deutlich vegetabiler, etwas getrocknet-kräuteriger und gewürziger Duft mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Anklängen, etwas Tabak und erdiger Mineralik. Feste, reife, zart süßliche Frucht mit Kandisnoten, etwas Holz und wieder merklich vegetabilen Aromen, relativ lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch eine Spur laktisch, recht fester Bau, im Hintergrund mineralisch, grünfruchtige Aromen und Zitrustöne, etwas weiße Schokolade, noch unentwickelt, leicht verschwimmende Konturen, sehr guter, wieder leicht süßlicher und auch etwas alkoholwarmer Abgang mit buttrigen Noten. Muss etwas reifen.
