2005 Süd-Steiermark Ried Trautenburg Pinot Gris trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Slightly muted, fairly shy nose with light floral notes and a hint of pistachio. Fairly austere and very dry, moderate, but also persistent fruit, has some substance, innocuous wine with an almost filigree structure, typical of its variety and origin, elegant mineral notes, very light bitter touch, attractive to good finish. Very good partner with food.
