First signs of maturation on the nose, prominent green vegetal and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, some bay leaf, earthy and mineral notes. Tart on the palate, more prominent vegetal and some herbaceous notes, restrained, slightly creamy fruit, light acid bite, yeasty and nutty notes, earthy and mineral notes, light tannic touch, good persistence, touch of oak on a good to very good, creamy as well as grippy finish.
