Fest und recht kräftig im Mund, reife, zurückhaltende Frucht mit vegetabiler und zart nussiger Würze, sehr feine Säure, hefige Noten, viel Griff, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, zart holzig wirkende Töne, gezügelte Kraft, kühlende Mineralik, guter bis sehr guter, recht saftiger und herb-würziger Abgang.
