Cool, firm and deep, complex, slightly nutty, tobacco-like and dried floral nose with candied yellow fruits and a hint of dark berries, finest root vegetables and a touch of healing herbs. Concentrated, very sweet, noble fruit with brilliant juice, a trace of honey and maple, a bit of nutmeg and again dark berries, lively yet fine acidity, dense, deep and lasting, delicate botrytis notes, slightly leaning towards tobacco, also a bit of peach skin, intense minerality, has something vibrating, long, dense, noble finish with cool herbal notes, a hint of turmeric and again honey.
