Golden yellow. Fine, firm, and deep nose of candied yellow fruits with slight nutty and tobacco hints, a bit of honey, fine vegetables, and a hint of bacon. Polished, concentrated, very sweet fruit with noble juice and noticeable, yet fine phenolics, a touch of yellow spice, again honey and a trace of caramel, fine acidity, has grip from ripe tannins, dense, deep, and persistent, nutty tones and dried flowers in the background, distinct salt, a hint of peach skin, long, again concentrated finish with bitter herbal aromas.
