Somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbal and a touch ethereal citrus-stone fruit scent with floral traces and some minerality. Quite tightly knit, undeveloped, still delicately yeasty, not completely dry fruit, lively acidity, grip of ripe tannin and fresh herbaceous-herbal nuances reminiscent of parsley, persistent on the palate, has bite, a touch of candy and cranberries on the palate, light mineral tones, hints of white pepper, still young, some depth, quite dark aromatics, very good finish with tension and lime tones.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
