Cool, somewhat herbal, almondy and hints of mushroomy scent of partly candied citrus fruits with slightly smoky and delicately floral hints. Clear, firm, very sweet fruit with slightly red berry and waxy notes, very delicate green tones, lively acidity, has some grip, quite dense and persistent, some depth, hints of pepper, sage and honey, chalky minerality, very good finish with bite and cool juice.
