fairly cool, tart nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, restrained light yellow fruit. Clear, elegant, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, salty mineral notes, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, good persistence, some bite, fairly firm structure, has some depth, hint of dark berries in the background, clear contours, hint of caraway seed on a very good, firm, delicately sweet finish.
