Firm nose, mineral notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, peppery traces, restrained light yellow fruit. Firm and almost cold on the palate, light, delicately sweet fruit, firm, elegant acidity, chalky and salty mineral notes, persistent, floral traces, hint of olive oil, some depth, hint of dark berries, still has light yeasty notes, still undeveloped, fairly firm structure, very good finish.
