2016 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese Grosse Lage, Rheingau, Germany

Deep, firm, brilliantly pure stone fruit on the nose, citrus aromas, floral notes, some herbs, sugar candy and mineral notes. Very concentrated, sweet, enchantingly juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate floral and herbaceous traces, deep and very persistent, multi.layered, but still totally undeveloped, yeasty traces, noticeable mineral notes in the background, hint of dark fruit, surprisingly polished for such a concentrated wine, salty traces in the background, long, firm, sweet, elegant, juicy finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
