Translate to English Herb-kräuteriger, zart hefiger und recht deutlich mineralischer, aber auch noch leicht gedeckter Zitrus-Pfirsichduft mit ein wenig grünem Apfel und nussigen Spuren. Trotz der leichten Restsüße eher herb wirkend im Mund, erdig-vegetabile, kräuterige, hefige und bitterlich-nussige Aromen, lebendige Säure und etwas antrocknender, sandiger Gerbstoff, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, deutliche, salzige Mineralik, auch im Abgang süßlich und herb zugleich, mit viel Griff und mineralischem Biss.
