Translate to English Ziemlich kühler, mineralischer und etwas herb-kräuteriger Zitrusduft mit Pfirsichnoten, einer Spur Birnen und schwarzbeerigen Anklängen. Klare, geschliffene, sehr süße Frucht, vor allem eingemachtes Steinobst, dazu feine kräuterige Aromen und etwas Kandis, hochfeine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, im Hintergrund Mineralik, eleganter Stil, dabei in sich ruhend, sehr saftiger, wieder auch fein-kräuteriger und mineralischer Abgang mit floralen und hefigen Spuren.
