Vegetal, somewhat nutty and floral stone fruit nose with some citrus peel, a little chamomile, hint of honey and mineral notes. Ripe, partly candied, sweetish fruit, quite fine, present acidity, some chamomile, honey, honey cucumber and yellow spice, delicate grip, certain power and persistence, mineral notes, some depth, slight warmth and melting, very good, sweetish finish.

Reintönig, geschliffen und saftig im Mund, reife Frucht mit lebendiger, sehr feiner Säure, pflanzliche bis kräuterige Würze im Hintergrund, viel erdige Mineralik und wieder zart hefige Töne, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, fester Bau, noch jung und wenig entwickelt, beste Balance, sehr guter Abgang.
