Quite cool, somewhat smoky, herbal and slightly mushroomy stone fruit scent with a hint of red berries as well as nuances reminiscent of fennel and cherries. Soft, slightly sweet fruit with some red berry flavours, lively, almost a little lemony acidity, has some grip and some persistence, salty minerality in the good to very good finish
