Clear, polished fragrance of ripe red and a little black berries with cherry nuances, floral notes, delicate herbs and a touch of pepper. Taut, tart, juicy fruit, lots of bite, yeasty, dried plant and clearly salty-mineral notes, also a bit earthy, moderate woody aromas, hardly developed yet, certain depth, very good, tight, tart finish
