Somewhat spicy, nutty, very slightly animal and delicately floral aroma of partly preserved predominantly black berries with a hint of chalk and dried mushrooms. Slightly boiled down fruit with slightly minty and bitter chocolate flavours, fine sandy tannin, slightly nutty wood tones, hints of salt in the good finish.
