Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, partly dried floral notes, light yellow fruit and light yeasty notes, touch of nutty oak, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, cool, fresh, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and floral aromas, very elegant, livelyacidity, delicate grip, chalky mineral notes in the background, delicately sweetish and creamy, good persistence, good to very good finish.
