Light vegetal, herbaceous, floral and nutty notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of melon. Sweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, light nutty and vegetal notes, yeasty traces, very elegant acidity, some sugar candy and a hint of caramel, mineral notes in the background, citrus zests, very light floral touch, delicately creamy on a sweetish finish.
