Firm and quite deep, still a hint smoky-reductive, somewhat nutty and yeasty and a little vegetal aroma with yellow fruity aromas, pepper and hints of mustard cucumber as well as chanterelles and caramel traces. Tart, tightly knit, bright fruit, clearly nutty, somewhat yeasty and again also very slightly caramel notes, acid bite and noticeable tannin, salty and chalky minerality, persistent on the palate, firm structure, has substance, density and a certain depth, still undeveloped, very good, even if again slightly drying finish that gains traction and emphasis with air over days.
