Rather tart, slightly herbal and a touch floral, restrained yeasty nose with calm yellow fruity aromas and a little fennel, hints of spinach and quite distinct minerality. Firmly woven, tart, cool fruit, clearly nutty and yeasty and also planty to herbal aromas, a hint of bacon on the palate, mushroom tones, salty-chalky minerality, still undeveloped, very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
