Firm and quite deep, tart, very bright and rather cool, still clearly yeasty bouquet with very fine, bright yellow fruity aromas, delicate vegetal tones, floral nuances and clear minerality, a little reminiscent of mussel shells. Noble, cool, quite dry, bright fruit, yeasty and slightly floral notes, very fine, polished acidity and some grip, substantial and persistent on the palate, yet elegant, good depth, chalky-salty minerality, cool, fine-juicy, bright finish with tension. Needs to mature.
