2020 Ungstein Weilberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Somewhat smoky-reductive bouquet with herbal-vegetable aromas, restrained, noble yellow-fruity tones, a hint of mustard seed and clear, light mineral hints. Firm, tart and grippy in the mouth, yeasty notes, herbs and increasingly dark spice, restrained, noble fruit, lots of chalky minerality, lasting, good depth, has grip and a certain tension, still completely undeveloped, slightly smoky, nutty tones, very light maritime aroma components, very good, firm, somewhat melting, with plenty of air also slightly flowing finish.
