Tart, firm, still slightly reductive, clearly dried herbaceous and a little nutty, also slightly yeasty aroma with yellow fruity and a little vegetal aromas, a hint of mustard seed and mineral tones. Ripe, somewhat melting and slightly warm fruit, somewhat yeasty notes, nutty hints and fennel, ripe, fine acidity and a light grip of crumbly tannin, very delicately sweet melting, good substance and persistence, some white pepper and celery in the background, intense, light minerality, very good, firm, again somewhat melting finish with tart, light spice and ethereal nuances.
