Very firm and deep, cool, somewhat herbaceous, slightly vegetal and hints of tobacco with restrained yellow fruity notes, hints of yellow spice, some yeast and intense minerality. Taut, cool, bright and tart fruit, very fine, present acidity and lots of grip, yeasty nuances, intense, tart, bright, chalky minerality, some fennel, good depth, has tension, still barely developed, a little white pepper, ethereal-herbal nuances, compact structure, very good, distinctly firm, tangy, cool and again enormously mineral finish. Must mature.
