Clear, very polished, fresh and quite deep, more black than red berry nose with ethereal herbal and juniper notes and a little mushroom. Fresh, lively and juicy in the mouth, almost cool, lively acidity and fine tannin, some dark ethereal spice and herbal notes, mushrooms, hints of smoke, nutty traces and coffee grounds, increasingly salt in the background, still a tiny hint of carbonic acid, very good, juicy, again slightly ethereal-spicy and very mineral finish with cocoa notes. Gains noticeable tension with air....
