Firm and quite deep, still a touch smoky-reductive, somewhat herbaceous, also still yeasty aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of bacon and bright minerality. Bone-dry fruit with nutty and yeasty notes, some grip, lively, fine acidity, persistent on the palate, some depth, clear, chalky-earthy minerality, still undeveloped, traces of tobacco, very good, firm, grippy finish with some melting and persistence, but also draw.
