Firm, still a little reductive, rather tart, slightly dried vegetal, yeasty and a little peppery fragrance with yellow-fruity aromas and clear minerality. Tart, slightly warm, rather subdued fruit, nutty, earthy and dried vegetal aromas, slightly yeasty and peppery, fine acidity and noticeable tannins, certain persistence, a hint of rustic, good to very good, still slightly muted, more tart Finish with a little yellow spice and sweetish enamel.
