Firm, smoky and somewhat toasty scent of red and black berries with cherry aromas, floral nuances, parsley and marjoram, hints of bacon and peppery-spicy traces. Cool, quite taut, juicy, a hint of sour fruit, smoky and delicately toasty wood aromas, lots of bite, fine, youthful tannin, good persistence, salt in the background, very light lemony tones, very good, again taut finish with cool, somewhat sour juice. Needs to mature
